SHIPPING & TRACKING

We only ship orders within the US. We ship via USPS Monday-Friday. We will send you a notification when your order has shipped.

We so appreciate your patience! Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order.

Most orders typically arrive between 5-7 business days from the time you receive tracking, unless otherwise noted.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please note that, for the wellbeing of our customers, we will not be accepting returns for any of our coffee products.

Customers have the right to return an order within 14 days from receiving the order. This right only applies in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Due to being a small business, return labels are not provided and customers must return the order at their own expense. Customers will need to indicate their email and order number in the respective form boxes below. Please allow 24-48 hours for our response to provide a return address.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment that was used to place the order, and they can take up to 5-10 business days to process, depending on your bank. Customers are subject to refunds due to product damage. Customers will need to indicate their email and order number in the respective form boxes below.

SIZING

100% cotton (we would recommend ordering a size up!)
